We compare options, explain fare rules, and — once you approve — we process payment and issue confirmation on your behalf.

Prices are quoted based on current availability but are not guaranteed until payment is processed and the ticket is issued. Fares can change quickly, so if you need time to decide, we recommend confirming availability before making payment.

We accept major credit and debit cards, and in some cases bank transfers or alternative payment methods depending on your location and the airline’s requirements. Payment options are presented when you confirm your booking; contact support if you need an alternate arrangement.

Refunds follow the airline or supplier’s fare rules. If your fare is refundable, we will request the refund from the supplier on your behalf. Processing time depends on the airline and payment processor; convenience or service fees charged by TrustedBookFlight may be non-refundable unless otherwise disclosed.

Yes. We can pass special requests to the airline, such as wheelchair assistance, special meals, or seat preferences. While we will submit the request and confirm it where possible, final confirmation rests with the airline and is subject to availability.

Once payment is completed and the airline issues tickets, you should receive an e-ticket/itinerary by email within a few minutes to several hours. In exceptional cases (complex itineraries or supplier delays) it could take longer; we will notify you if there’s any expected delay.
